To operate a college or institution in Malaysia is mandatory to use student management softwares. These softwares need to be customised, and as the authority has new requirements, we need to update and plug-in functions. Which means more expensive overall, needless to say the amount of training and re-training on new users.
Being the administrator for Doma College, we need to find software which is practical and cost efficient, thank you to our IT consultants, David, introducing Office 365 to us. David has single handedly guided us the basic; and his Q and A is so accurate which allow the team to pick up the know how on office 365 in less than 2 weeks.
As we move along; the cloud based software has enabled us to access freely; without limit as long as have Wifi access!
Overall, we strongly suggest Office 365 for educational institutions as it is so cost effective and highly secured!
